REFUND POLICY

We want every family to feel good about their purchase. This page explains our refund policy and the steps we take so you can make an informed decision before paying.

Scope. This Refund Policy covers purchases made directly from AI Explorers at aiexplorers.academy. Payments made to a separate program partner (such as OC Music & Dance for the in-person summer program) are subject to that partner's own refund policy and are handled by the partner directly. AI Explorers does not collect, hold, or refund those payments.

TRY THE FREE INTRO LESSON FIRST

Lesson L00 (Atlas — Welcome to AI Explorers) is free to watch on this site without creating an account. We strongly encourage parents and students to watch it together before purchasing a plan, so you know exactly what the program looks and feels like.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because the Service grants instant, unlimited access to the digital course materials in your plan, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, partial credits, or pro-rated returns except as required by applicable law or as expressly described below.

The phrases “lifetime,” “unlimited,” or “never expires” on our marketing pages refer to the courses available in your plan at the time of your purchase. Any new courses, modules, or lesson packs released afterward may be offered as a separate purchase. See the Terms of Service for the full scope-of-access description.

EXCEPTIONS

• Duplicate or accidental charge by AI Explorers. This exception is limited to mistakes on our side: a duplicate charge for the same plan, or a charge for a plan or product that you did not request. If that happens, contact us within 10 calendar days and we will reverse the erroneous charge. This exception does not cover purchases you made and later changed your mind about — for example, buying more additional student seats than you ended up needing. Those purchases fall under the all-sales-final rule above immediately upon payment.
• Inability to access the Service due to our error. If a technical issue on our side prevents you from using the Service for an extended period, please contact us. We will work in good faith with you to find a fair resolution — which may include additional access time, additional seats, technical assistance, or other accommodations appropriate to the situation.

IN-PERSON OC MUSIC & DANCE SUMMER PROGRAM DEPOSIT

OC Music & Dance — not AI Explorers — collects, holds, and refunds the $25 registration deposit for the in-person OCMD AI Explorers Summer Program. AI Explorers does not process, hold, or refund any payment related to OCMD's in-person enrollment. Refund inquiries for the in-person summer program go directly to OC Music & Dance:

Per the OCMD program, the $25 deposit is typically fully refunded upon successful completion of the program; refund eligibility, timing, and conditions are governed by OCMD's policies, not by this document.

UNCLAIMED ADDITIONAL STUDENT SEATS

If you purchased additional student seats from your account (the “buy now, name later” flow) and have not yet activated them by adding a student name, those seats remain available on your account indefinitely and can be activated at any time. Because the seats are usable at your discretion, the “all sales final” rule above applies to them.

HOW TO REQUEST A REVIEW

Email support@aiexplorers.academy from the address on your account with your order details and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within five business days. We will work in good faith to find a fair resolution, including additional time, additional seats, or other accommodations as appropriate.

CHARGEBACKS

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of the affected account pending review.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where law requires a refund or cancellation right that is more favorable than what is stated above, the law controls.
