Specificity
Being exact instead of vague. It shrinks the AI's choices down to the answer you actually wanted — vague in, vague out.
In practice
"4 bullet points" instead of "make it good."
Where students meet it
Specificity is taught in Lesson 2, Your Words Are the Superpower, part of the Prompting unit of the AI Explorers course for kids. Kai is the guide for that lesson, and it is one of 8 terms in the unit.

Knowing the word is the start
Specificity is one of 54 terms students meet across 16 video lessons that teach them to direct AI rather than just use it.
